24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please feel free to alter or cancel your appointment online for a full refund 24 hours prior to reservation time.

Inclement Weather Policy
We under no circumstance will provide service to anyone in inclement weather. You may either reschedule or we will issue a full refund if the weather becomes an issue. Safety First!!

Refundable Damage Deposit
This deposit is mandatory and will be released the same day upon safe return of PWC and all accessories. Please allow up to 2 business days for release of funds pending your card issuer.

Delivery Fee
There is a $75 non refundable delivery fee for every rental. Whether you rent one ski or four skis, the delivery fee remains the same. This fee will be charged prior to delivery.

While we are getting you ready for a great ride, please allow for delays at any public dock. We will be there and be prepared as that is the joy in our service. We do the grunt work so you can show up, hop on and have fun.

Parking and traffic could always be an issue so please allow for these delays so as to not interfere with your experience.

Weight Allowance
While the dry weight on our PWC is 780 lbs., and does allow for 3 passengers, it is our recommendation for performance that you limit your riders to 2 adults or 1 adult and 2 young adults.

Horseplay and all-around poor behavior will most likely cost you your deposit and potentially much more. All PWC will be inspected upon return for functionality issues and cosmetic damage. If there are ANY issues with the PWC, your $500 deposit will not be returned and further fees will be incurred if necessary. Neither you nor Cruisin’ Kens wants this to happen. Please drive responsibly.

Boater Safety Course
Any person born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete a NASBLA-approved boating education course before operating any vessel propelled by a motor of 10HP or greater.

Please be prepared to present your boater safety card, if applicable, upon delivery of PWC.
